This website is provided by Rhyl Town Council. The website is designed to be used by as many people as possible. It aims to be clear and easy to navigate using the tools best suited to your needs.

We aim to make it easy to read with up-to-date information. Our website hosts several PDFs related to our work. It may be that a small number of those website documents, specifically PDFs published after 2018, do not meet the accessibility requirements of the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018.
